Heck yay
Is this channel still alive?
Love to see a spray version
Link to but this box?
Do NOT buy this machine, it’s just incredibly inaccurate. Very unprofessional machine and team.
yeee haew
Useless thing
How do i get more information regarding gadgets and so on?
She is my science teacher this year
Shameless people pathetic video it is
Does the print head have a part cooling fan for overhangs? Also do you have any macro shots of prints made on the printer?
I was disappointed with the software. You can't export your file in .stl.
Look at that efen theft. Josef Prusa is a THEFT his support will lie to you to get you to buy there over priced printers Do not make the same mistake as i did. I bought a POS MK2S with in 7 months 1 bed 4 pinda sensors and a thermostor cable. Prusa support started complaining that i was getting to much hardware even though it was them sending me bad pinda probes. Prusa support also stated when i tried to return my printer with in 30 days of buying it (it had issues) to keep the printer and i will be treated right. to them treated right means try to sell me more stuff at a over inflated price. here buy the MK2.5 upgrade it will fix your panda probe for 250$. Well i got fed up with that printer going down so much i bought a small ender 3 for under 200$ it has 2x more print hours on it with out the brake downs. today i own 1 ender 3, 1 cr-10s, 2 CR-10S Pro, and one POS broke down Prusa MK2.5 I can say just stay away from this guy he is a theft.
Umm, a question : do you need to change the extruder nozzle when switching from one metal type to another ? Or does it all come down the same nozzle, from roman catholicism to mormonism to islam two point zero ? ... Because that would help explain for example why some amish men, and some muslim men , shave their mustaches but not their beards - indicating similarities in theologic construct.
That is a great presentation. He explained it well, in under three minutes. And there was no distracting music soundtrack, no hiding or b s - only facts and logic.
Thanks.🙂
Bakarrrr😠😠😠😠
Faltuuu
For gluing application on PLA. I Love this stuff!!!
NOT ENOUGH VIDEOS , please show us videos about your great printer !!!!
Definitely worth it, When I build my Hypercube I will use this.
you should look into Renewable Mini Dehumidifiers, they are pretty cheap, in the $10 to $15 range for a small one that would be plenty for your box, they last about 20-30 days depending on the humidity, before you have to renew them, and can last up to 10 years before you have to replace the unit, they work without power, and when you renew it, you just remove it from the box in this case, and plug it into a outlet for about 12 hours, basically its just a reusable desiccant box that self drys it, and shows you when it needs to be dried, it wont dry the filament, but it will keep the box from gaining moisture for a number of days, without knowing measurements, it looks at least like it would fit in the space between the front of the filament spool and the front of the box, or at least the one i have would, think its a eva-dry e333 but it has been a while since i got it. Could also cut the divider between the current desiccant box you use and its space for one of these units, and i bet that would also work just fine, maybe toss in a velcro strap to hold it in place when transporting the box, and just say to customers, you can supply your own unit, or we can include one for X price.
i like, i like, i want one now
very cool. cant wait to try it on my printer
We are impressed, seems solid and well made.
SWEET BROTHER!
Thank you sir.
Hurray!!! in the classroom I would like a 2nd print bed...Student 1 takes print bed off to remove their print and Student 2 can start printing
Yep. I definitely see that being worthwhile. Hopefully they sell it as an accessory.
Hmm. Speaking of removing prints. While I'm assuming the surface helps with removal, I wonder how a school setting would handle a more troublesome part? Like would the typical paint scraper tool even be allowed in school due to their rules about bladed items?
That spool is weird. I can dig the machine, but its mechanics seem quite noisy almost as if the bearings are poor quality maybe? Kind of hard to tell through video. I really appreciate the curly/stretchy wire and I don't hear any sounds of fans for the electronics, which is very nice. If the sound quality were improved, I could definitely see a set of these being used in a classroom and maybe a Cartesian machine with a heated print bed for demonstrating different types of filaments and their advantages.
That was just a loose starter coil of filament and a full spool. It is noisy but less than my old Printrbot Metal Simple. The noise is also deeper so I don't mind it as much.
@25:59 I started to get worried.
I fed filament all the way down to the print head. I should have just fed it past the feeder. It was trying to do a fast feed to bring the filament down to the extruder head. Instead it was trying to force all that filament through the extruder. Doh!
fusing filament tool would way out sell any other gadget on the market everybody who has a 3d printer has leftover spools of short length filaments its a real pain to use unfused filament
Michael Stoffel I believe they actually have this option in the software. It's an end of spool option. I heard about it but haven't tried it yet
Yes, you're right! You can read more about this here: mm3d.co/end-of-spool
That is pretty cool. How much is one?

Thanks to Design Make Teach for featuring our product! If anyone has any questions here, I'll be happy to answer them :)
Thanks for that! It was a lot of fun!
Nice! I did not get to talk to them. I'm glad you documented what they are all about.
I loved watching you doing this piece. I was trying to keep my son from photo bombing you. LOL.
I hear you can use it to smooth prints too! Sold!
That's why I'm getting it. I wonder if they knew it could also be used as a layer line eraser.

Thank you. Still trying to figure out what to do with the channel. Did a little window shopping at the photo store for a better camera...
Don't forget to put the part numbers on the outside of the box
Yep. Put part numbers on the outside and shipped this afternoon. Thanks.
Good job Tim!
Hola... donde puedo accesar al programa? o se puede descargar?
Just one point in fact don't tell people it'll dry it out if it's already wet the only way to dry up come at once it's wet it's the bake it desicant will not do it
Why won't descant dry it out?
Once the filament absorbs the water from the air (hydrolysis) the desicant isnt strong enough to pull it back out, while it will keep filament dry in a closed space it wont "dry out" filament that has already absorbed water. Nylon is even worse. I actually put this to the test as i live in florida and do a lot of printing this was a concern so I left out some PLA for 2 weeks then put it in a air tight box with desicant beads (11 gallon container with 1/8 the way filled with desicant) and the desicant did not pull out the water i still had sputtering from the nozzle when i printed. So i baked it and it worked. In closing you dont actually need an oven to bake it if your willing to be patient. A food dehydrator is enough to try it back out after a few hours. Hope this helps.. BTW i dont want/mean to rain on your product, there is definitely a need for dry boxes to store filament, i use 2 :)
Isn't that just a capacity problem? (saturated desiccant) Or are you saying that heat is *required* for the plastics to give up the moisture?
Hi Mike, thanks for the good feedback. No raining on our product taken. We've tested a few filament roles that have been left out and they worked well, but perhaps the humidity was not high enough. I definitely don't want to claim a feature if it's not true. We'll look into this into this for sure.
I was actually hoping this was a miniaturized dehydrator. My $30 Walmart food dehydrator is pretty ugly and takes up a lot of space.
